Special provisions regarding defence counsel fees, etc.

As court-appointed defence counsel, I receive a fee determined by the court and paid by the public authorities. If you are found guilty, the defence counsel fee will be claimed from you. In the case of partial acquittal, it is possible that you will only have to pay a reduced portion of the fee.
