Ulrich Birch Hartmann specializes in business law in the broad sense and advises companies on matters related to day-to-day operations. He has particular expertise in matters concerning disputes, real estate, contracts, insolvency, personal data, and marketing law. Ulrich also advises private clients within his areas of expertise.

Ulrich is highly professional and his work is based on a solid professional foundation and a thorough approach. Over the years, many clients have expressed great satisfaction with Ulrich’s advice, which is very specific and easy to understand and implement.

Ulrich has a special ability to break down complex issues into understandable terms and guide clients confidently through difficult cases.

Ulrich has been admitted to practice before the High Court since 2020, and in the fall of 2025, he served as an acting high court judge for three months. Ulrich thus has experience with litigation from both a lawyer’s and a judge’s perspective.

In addition, Ulrich is a former external lecturer in tax law at the University of Copenhagen and a former external lecturer in trademark and marketing law at CBS.
