Born in 1953. Master of Laws (Cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen. Right of audience before the Danish high court in 1982 and right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 1987.

For several decades, he has been involved in handling legal and arbitration cases in the country's ordinary courts, including the Supreme Court, as well as the Danish Institute of Arbitration, providing legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses/corporations and individuals, assisting in the establishment and guidance of foundations, managing legal matters related to the purchase and sale of real estate and businesses, and serving as a trustee in bankruptcy estates of all sizes. 

In addition, he has provided advice and assistance in private law matters, including marriage contracts, divorce, inheritance, and wills (including the administration of estates). 

Through his international work, he has provided Danish clients – both individuals and businesses – with quick and effective legal assistance abroad, and has also been able to assist foreigners with legal issues in Denmark. 

Member of the Association International des Jeunes Avocats (from 1984-1993 as board member). Member of the Intercontinental Grouping of Accountants and Lawyers (a world-wide network of accountants and lawyers) since 1992. Since 1984 attached to Advokatsekre-tærernes Uddannelsescenter (a course offering educational and further training of legal secretaries) as teacher and examiner. Member of the Bar Association of the Supreme Court. International Group of Accountants and Lawyers (verdensomspændende advokat- og revisornetværk). Medlem af Højesteretsskranken, Dansk Forening for Voldgift, Foreningen for Erstatnings- og Forsikringsret, Øresundsadvokater, Procedureadvokater, Københavns Advokatforening og Danske Advokaters Faggruppe for Erhvervsejendomme og Entreprise, samt Det danske selskab for Byggeret.
