Education and experience

Therèse Kemp has the right of audience before the Supreme Court and is one of the strongest forces in legal advice on generational succesions, large private assets, divorces, prenuptial agreements, visitation rights cases and residence and custody cases. In inheritance law, Therèse works daily with wills, including more complex wills with generational succession, just as she represents heirs in major inheritance cases and regularly handles private estates and estates as appointed executor/administrator, including properties as well as companies abroad.

Therèse is a licensed estate administrator/executor at the Lyngby District Court and, as such, handles the more complex marital property divisions. She is also a trained mediator and has experience in conflict resolution. Therèse is also a certified arbitrator. She is particularly known for finding effective solutions for the parties involved, is able to communicate with people from all walks of life, and is never intimidated by opposing parties.

She also has extensive experience in tort law - especially personal injury cases.

Therése has taught for a number of years at the University of Copenhagen and is a regular lecturer for Advokaternes HR. For several years, she has worked as a regular lecturer for Danske Advokater (the Association of Danish Law Firms) and Dansk Erhverv (the Danish Chamber of Commerce) lecturing on generational successions and private law.
