Soban works with litigation in both civil and commercial cases, assisting clients throughout the entire process from the initiation of the case to its resolution.

Soban contributes to the drafting of pleadings as well as the preparation for the main hearing of the cases

He also provides advice in connection with succession planning, the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency matters. In addition, he offers general business law advice, including on corporate law issues and ongoing legal matters for companies, while also assisting private clients with advice on a wide range of civil law matters.

Soban graduated with a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen in 2025.
