Henrik Løbger has more than 20 years of experience providing corporate law advice to companies and individuals, with a particular focus on transfer agreements, the purchase and sales of businesses, restructurings, due diligence, shareholder agreements, business contracts and disputes, as well as employment law matters.

Henrik’s advice is always highly trustworthy, pragmatic, and grounded in a deep understanding of each company’s specific needs; in this role, he often serves as the company’s trusted, long-term advisor, delivering significant value to each client.

Henrik has a special ability to handle negotiations with great dedication and always works in a solution-oriented manner to create comprehensive solutions for the client.

Henrik has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court since 2015 and thus also has extensive litigation experience within his areas of expertise.

In addition, Henrik is an experienced lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, has completed several continuing education programs, and participates in administering The Danish Bar and Law Society's litigation exam..
