Rasmus H. Wandall
Born 1975. Master of Laws, 2001, PhD, 2004.
Advises and assists clients in commercial, procedural and criminal law matters.
Rasmus is former chief advisor and prosecutor with the Director of Public Prosecutions of Denmark and former General Counsel to the International Association of Prosecutors in the Hague. He brings with him many years of experience advising private organisations and public authorities in Europe, North America, Africa and in Asia.
Furthermore, Rasmus has published extensively in the field of procedural law, criminal sentencing and comparative law. He has held positions at NYU Law School, UC Berkeley, University of Oxford, University of Copenhagen and University of Lund and has many years of experience as lecturer, tutor and examiner on graduate and post-graduate levels globally since 2001.
Rasmus is member of Danish Association of Litigation Attorneys, Danish Society of Criminal law and Criminology, Association Internationale de Droit Penale og International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law, within which he has been on the board of directors since 2016.
